Paul retired from the Police Force in 2003 after 25 years and has served in the Royal Air Force at Cosford and Brize Norton.
He runs workshops on the combinations of colours in chakras and their affects and does talks on his perspective of life in the Police.
He has travelled extensively through Asia and Europe, including Hong Kong , Kathmandu, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Egypt, Latvia and over a dozen Greek Islands.

Paul has studied with the Institute of Spiritualist Mediums at Stanstead Hall and Hastings under the tutorship of the late Eileen Roberts and others and has attended courses with the Spiritualist Association of Great Britain.
He is a registered healer with the Spiritualists National Union, (a course that takes a minimum of two years involving 100 healing sessions, written work, seminars and a final assessment) and has attended numerous courses, workshops and attunments with Paul McCarthy (Sirius Ascension) on Starseeds, Ascended Masters and other subjects, and with Sue Fraser (Magenta R.O.E.S.) and Richard Athol Higgins (Transpersonal Numerology).
Paul has chanelled and worked with the late May Scott, the late Eric Underwood, the nearly late Tony Blackmore (he wishes), Carol Green, Joyce Balcomb and Megan Ellis among others.
He has also worked as a medium and a healer at Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bath, Bristol, Monmouth, Hereford, Cirencester, Stroud, Worcester, Evesham, London, Witney, Latvia, the Netherlands and Crete among others.

One of Paul's other interests are his bikes, a Harley Davidson XL1200C Sportster with stage1 tune and Rinehart cross over pipes, (a little rocket) and a Triumph ST1050 Sprint.
Thoughts.
I was on Skiathos and got talking to one of the Greek cleaning ladies, in broken English she told me that she travelled from an adjacent island every day to do her job and that in her life she had lost five of her six children. Puts things into perspective really.
